Your Tapify Profile is like a digital business card. It includes your contact information, social media links, and company branding. Keeping it updated is important to ensure you're sharing the latest information.

Change or update

To change or update your profile, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account

2. Go to Settings

3. Click on Profile

Please note, you can only make changes if you've been invited by the admin to create your own account.

I am not able to change information

Admins can choose to lock certain fields to prevent users from editing or adding data. This helps maintain data integrity and consistency across profiles.

In this case, you may need to contact your admin or Tapify support for assistance in updating your information, admins can unlock fields or make changes on behalf of users as needed.
