Apple- & Google Wallet

Step 1: Admin Setup

As an admin of your company using Tapify, you have the power to create Apple- & Google Wallet digital business cards for your employees. These cards can be easily stored and accessed through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet by team members. Every digital business card is unique, data visible on these cards are automatically updated based on the employees information which is setup in the workspace.

Step 2.1: Customizing Apple Wallet

Begin by customizing the templates to match your company's branding. You can choose between two layouts, Profile Image and Image Strip.

• Profile Image: Shows the profile image of the employee on their Apple Wallet business card

• Image Strip: Shows a branded image that can be anything to express your companies branding

Add colors and branding elements to make the digital business cards reflect your company's identity. Please make sure using the right dimensions for you images to upload in your Apple Wallet business card:

• Logo: 450x105 or 900x210 or 1350x315 (max 4MB)

• Strip image: At least 375px width (3:1 ratio)

  
  

Step 2.2: Customizing Google Wallet

Begin by customizing the templates to match your company's branding. You can choose only one layout in Google Wallet.

Add colors and branding elements to make the digital business cards reflect your company's identity. Please make sure using the right dimensions for you images to upload in your Google Wallet business card:

• Logo: Recommended size 1032x336 px (or 3:1 aspect ratio)

Step 3: Usage for employees

Once you have designed the template, it's time to invite your team members to join Tapify. After accepting the invitation, which we will explain further here, team members will gain access to their personalized digital business cards.

Team members can now download their digital business cards. These cards are stored directly in their Apple Wallet, offering quick and convenient access. Whether they're using an iPhone or an Apple Watch. They no longer need to carry physical business cards; everything they need is right at their fingertips.

Team members can easily share their contact information by showing the QR code within their Apple Wallet digital business card. Scanning this QR code will lead others to their online Tapify Profile, making it a seamless way to connect and share information.

By following these steps, admins can efficiently set up and manage digital business cards for their Team members, enhancing networking and simplifying the sharing of professional information.
