Profile templates

Templates in Tapify are a feature designed to help your company maintain consistency across all users, to ensure that every user aligns seamlessly with your branding and includes specific company details.

How do templates work?

By default, a pre-configured template is applied to all users within the workspace, which is the default template at all times.

Adding templates

You have the option to add multiple templates by clicking on Create template. This feature can be useful when using the teams feature within your workspace, allowing you to display different company information or branding elements. You can assign one or more teams to templates by clicking the three dots button.

By default, one template must be configured in order to add branding and company information to profiles. It's important not to add any company information within the personal details of a user to avoid duplicate information and maintain overview.

Configure a template

When selecting a certain template you'll be able to configure this template. Add branding, company information and set preferences. At the right side you can view a preview of this template, using a dummy account to show your settings.

Add branding to the Tapify Profile that is aligned with you company's branding. There are multiple options to add branding:

  • Theme: Choose between a dark- or light mode.

  • Style: This represents the radius of the profile picture, icons and buttons.

  • Font: Choose a font that aligns with the companies branding.

  • Brand color: The represents the color of the icons and buttons.

  • Banner: Upload a picture that represent the company, with just a logo or something creative.

Company information

Like we said before, templates are designed to maintain consistency. Within these settings, you can specify the company name displayed on profiles, along with company information such as a general email or phone number, as well as social media links such as the company's LinkedIn profile.

Avoid including any personal information in the template; instead, ensure that such details are added to the user's profile. Similarly, refrain from adding company information to the user's personal information.

Currently, the only setting available is 'Data order', which determines the order in which information appears on the profile. You can choose to display personal information or company information first, making it easier to customize the profile layout.

Everything to your liking? You can now proceed to publish your template. Once published, all changes will be immediately reflected on the user's profile.
