How to add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

Overview

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are both digital wallets pre-installed on your phone. It is the app where you also store your boarding passes and payments cards. With Tapify, you can now also store your personalized digital business card into Apple- or Google Wallet. Here's how you can do it:

Download via email

1. Check your email: Look for an email invitation to download your digital business card. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

2. Add to Wallet: Open the email and select the digital Wallet you want to use (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet), make sure doing this on a mobile device.

3. Confirm and add: Follow the on-screen instructions to add your digital business card to your chosen Wallet.

Download after creating account

If you received an invite to create your Tapify account, here's what to do:

1. Create your account: Follow the invite link to create your Tapify account

2. Download business card: After account creation, you'll be able to download your digital business card directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Troubleshooting

It seems I don't have a Google Wallet or apple Wallet app on my phone

If you don’t have Apple Wallet or Google Wallet installed, you may need to download it:

• Download Apple Wallet

• Download Google Wallet

I do get an error once clicking on Apple or Google Wallet button

If you encounter an error while trying to add your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, please contact your admin. The issue might be related to the setup of your digital business card.
