How to manage your subscription
Everything you need to know how to manage your subscription.
Overview
Tapify offers two subscription plans: Tapify Business and Tapify Enterprise. When subscribing, the cost is based on the number of users added to your workspace. Payments and subscription management are securely handled through Stripe.
Manage billing
View and change
Navigate to Settings > Billing to access your subscription information, to check or make changes click the button View invoices
, from here you can:
View your plan.
Update your payment information.
Update the billing- and shipping address.
Update or add a VAT number
View billing history — past invoices and charges.
We will also show if a charge is failed or past due.
Add a VAT number
To add a VAT number, select the “I’m purchasing as a business” option on the checkout page when subscribing to Tapify. This is useful if you need an invoice with reverse VAT. If you need assistance, please reach out to us.
Cancel a subscription
Workspace admins can cancel a subscription by reaching out to us at support@tapify.io. We’ll handle the cancellation and deletion process for you.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing cycle. We do not offer any refunds when you cancel your subscription within the billing cycle.
