At Tapify we use simple and transparant pricing, here is how we calculate your subscription.
Overview
Tapify's subscription model is straightforward: it's based on the number of users in your workspace. Your charges are calculated accordingly, ensuring fairness and simplicity.
We use a pro-rated billing system, so you only pay for what you use. This approach makes billing easy to understand and cost-effective for your business, whether you have a small team or a larger organization.

What happens if I add users?
When you add users to your workspace, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. This prorated charge ensures that you're only paying for the portion of the month that the new users are added within your workspace. For example, if you add a new user halfway through your billing cycle, you'll only be charged for half of the monthly subscription for this user.
What happens if I delete users?
On the other side, when you delete users from your workspace, your billing will be adjusted accordingly. You won't be charged for users that have been removed from your workspace for the remainder of your billing cycle. This adjustment is reflected in your next billing cycle, ensuring that you're only paying for the users actively using your workspace.

At the start of your billing cycle, you're charged for the total number of users added to your workspace.
Any additional users added during the billing cycle are charged on a prorated basis.
Users removed during the billing cycle are not charged for the remainder of that cycle.
